UPLIFT PT
Uplift Physical Therapy is located at 10412 Montgomery Ave, Kensington, MD 20895 on the third floor.
Parking is available on the street or across the street in the M&T ATM/bank or train station parking lots.
The front door is located under the green awning next to the front porch (separate entrance than The Sweat Shop Fitness Club). If the front door is locked, please send a text or call 202-770-9293 and I will unlock the door. Once at the top of the stairs, follow the signs to the back of the building where you will find the steps to the third floor and Uplift PT.
* Uplift PT is located on the third floor of a historic building. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to do stairs so that we can discuss alternative options for your care. *
